You can choose one of three options to mark the type of your presentation:

  •     Oral talk (20 min presentation including discussion)
  •     Short communications (10 min presentation + 5 min for questions; can be selected by students only)
  •     Poster
  •     Plenary and Invited talks are available only for speakers invited by Organizers

The Organizers may change type of the presentation depending on the Conference applications and schedule. Participants will be informed about changes via email.

Passports and visas:

  • Participants resided in the EU: Neither passport nor Polish visa is required to enter Poland for a foreign participant of the European Union states. A personal ID card is sufficient.
  • Participants from countries outside the EU: Other foreign participants are requested to hold their passports valid for at least 6 months. No Polish visas are required for citizens of most foreign countries. If needed then, please, contact the nearest Polish Consulate or check webpage of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for visa arrangements. If an official letter of invitation is necessary then, please, send your request for an invitation letter to the organizers as soon as possible. Please, allow sufficient time preceding the Workshop for your Polish visa to be issued. The requested invitation letter sent is meant to help a participant to raise funds or to obtain a Polish visa. However, it is not a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support or health insurance, unless clearly stated.

Insurance and liability:

Participants are advised to take their own arrangements with respect to their health, travel, and property insurance. The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of belongings or damage to private properties of participants or accompanying persons either during or directly arising from the AMBRA 2026 conference

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1.    The administrator of personal data are:

2.    Each Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer. The Data Protection Officer competent for a given Administrator may be contacted via the postal address of the relevant Administrator or by e-mail at:

3.    Your personal data are processed for the purpose of registration and participation in the 3rd International Conference on Advanced Materials for Bio-Related Applications, AMBRA 2026, communication with participants for conference organization purposes, documentation of the course of the conference, and – if consent is given – for receiving information about conferences and events of a scientific or science-popularizing nature organized by Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research named after W. Trzebiatowski PAS, and the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research PAS, including the sending of such information in the future. 
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (your consent to the processing of personal data expressed by completing the registration form for this conference and separately for other conferences or events organized by a given Administrator), Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR (performance of a task carried out in the public interest by each Administrator in connection with the mission of higher education and science in the fields of education, scientific activity, shaping civic attitudes, as well as participation in social development and the creation of an innovation-based economy), and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (compliance with legal obligations).
You may withdraw your consent at any time; however, this shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
4.    The personal data provided by you in connection with participation in the 1st International Conference on Advanced Materials for Bio-Related Applications, AMBRA 2022, will be stored for the period required for retaining financial and accounting documentation by each Administrator. In the event of consent being given to receive information about conferences and events of a scientific or science-popularizing nature, the personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. 
5.    Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected. 
6.    The personal data provided by you will not be disclosed by any of the Administrator to other entities, except for the other Administrator and entities authorized under applicable law.
